Start self-serve, upgrade when you want more help, partner with us if you're a consultancy. Every plan runs on the same engine: we adapt to what you have, and every number comes with an honest range that narrows as your data improves.
The founding offer. We are onboarding a founding group of 10 organisations who get the full product, analyst support included. Founding organisations pay nothing for 6 months from their workspace going live, then a founding rate locked at half the public price. The prices below are the public prices.
Apply for a founding placeFor organisations getting started with carbon accounting.
Analyst-led carbon accounting and reporting, end-to-end.
Multi-entity groups with EU + UK CBAM and complex consolidation needs.
Our Procurement-Ready report is a one-off, fixed-price Carbon Reduction Plan and footprint, shaped to PPN 006 and prepared by Hemera staff. No subscription. It has its own founding offer, separate from the plans above: the first 15 qualifying businesses each get one report free.
If you advise clients on carbon, you don't need analyst hours from us. You need our engine, our data, and the ability to run multiple client workspaces from one account.
A different offering, for consultancies running carbon advisory for their own clients.
Annual terms negotiated. Discounts available for bulk client volumes.

Most organisations begin on Starter: DEFRA factor library, CSV upload, an auto-generated SECR + GHG Protocol report, and full Footprint Ledger access. If you need an accountant-signed report, supplier engagement, AI utility-bill extraction, or CSRD ESRS E1 / PPN 006 outputs, Managed is the right starting point. Enterprise adds multi-entity consolidation and EU + UK CBAM.
On Managed and Enterprise, a Hemera carbon accountant owns your engagement end to end: boundary decisions, supplier engagement, data checks, methodology calls, and preparing and releasing the report. While the founding group is small, a Hemera carbon accountant also looks at every workspace, whatever the plan: help getting set up, and Hemera checking its own classifications. That is how we run the founding period, not a standing feature of every plan. Enterprise customers get a priority pool and a named account manager on top.
On Managed, we do the analysis for you. On Engine, you (a consultancy) get the platform and benchmarking dataset to do the analysis for your own clients. Engine clients get software-development priority: the platform evolves with their feedback.
The methodology itself is signed module by module by a carbon accountant on the Hemera team, and reports are prepared and released by Hemera staff. The signature covers our method: that it is consistent with recognised standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 and 14067) and the relevant regulatory regime. It is not a review of your figures, which remain yours to sign off.
Suppliers answer one simple link. No account, no portal to learn. They give their answer and see it sharpen the estimate. You see which requests matter most before you send them.
You see how you compare with businesses like yours, measured the same way. Cohorts are chosen by a Hemera carbon accountant, never fewer than five organisations, and only aggregates are shared.
Yes. The item library gives product-level footprints for the goods you make, buy, and sell, at small-business prices, on the same method and with the same honest ranges as the rest of your account.
Yes, upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal.
Every figure on every report traces back to a versioned emission factor, a hash-chained audit event, and the calculation rule that produced it. The ledger is exportable as CSV or JSON, and the audit pack includes a stdlib-only Python verifier that anyone, your auditor included, can run offline.
We offer a live demo workspace at /demo, and a free tier you can use without giving us a card. Paid fees are non-refundable once the term has started, except where you terminate for our uncured material breach, in which case we refund pro-rata for the unused part of the term. Managed and Enterprise include a paid onboarding period before the annual term begins.
Your workspace data sits in a managed PostgreSQL database run by Neon in the US, and our backend runs on Render in Oregon. Uploaded evidence files are stored in AWS S3 in the EU. US hosting means international transfer considerations under UK GDPR, and the safeguards are set out in our privacy policy. We never use your data to train models or share it with third parties. Full details on our security page and in the DPA.
